We are ignite ideas e.V.

We are students of Heilbronn universities, right now ten members.

We want to make TEDx happen every Semester at Bildungscampus

We are organised in five teams like marketing, sponsor management, event management, speaker management & IT.

Your role & responsibilities

  • End-to-end planning, organization & execution of our event such as catering

  • Oversee the on-site event operations

What you should bring to the team

  • Experience in event management

  • You should have strong communication abilities

  • Show organizational & project management skills

Photographer/Videographer

Your role & responsibilities

  • Capture photographs & videos of speakers, atendees & the overall event atmosphere

  • Support our marketing in creating best-in-class marketing material

What you should bring to the team

  • Have professional photography skills

  • Experience in photo editing

  • Affinity to create social media content

Photographer Videographer TEDxHHN

Curation manager

Your role & responsibilities

  • Identify, research and select compelling speakers who can deliver impactful talks that align with our mission

  • Provide support & training to the speakers and collaborate with them to develop and refine their talks

What you should bring to the team

  • A genuine passion for TEDx talks & a deep interest in their content

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful presentations

  • Fluent in both English & German

Curation manager TEDxHHN

Designer

Your role & responsibilities

  • Develop unique visualts that align with TEDxHHN

  • Create graphics & multimedia content that engage & inspire TED event attendees

What you should bring to the team

  • Solid experience with design softwares such as Canva and/or PSD

  • You should like to get creative and to think out of the box

  • Habe a good feel and understanding of social media
